Matt Belcher, Head of Emerging Tech at Codurance
As Head of Emerging Technology for Codurance UK, Matt oversees Codurance UK's strategy for leveraging emerging technologies. He is responsible for ensuring the region keeps pace with fast-moving technology trends. Matt helps business leaders understand how these technology innovations can address real-world challenges. With over 15 years of experience in software consultancy, he has worked across various industries including financial services, retail and public sector both in the UK and across Europe. During this time he has worked with a wide range of technologies and played numerous roles right from software developer through to fractional CTO.
Matt is a regular public speaker and frequently participates in technology conferences, meetups and panel discussions across the UK. He is also a keen writer and was recently quoted in Tech UK's white paper "Making AI work for Britain".
Passionate about helping organisations maximise their technology investments, he focuses on the intersection of people, process and technology. In Matt's experience, this is usually where the most interesting problems are found.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys travelling, playing the guitar and keeping fit. He is also currently learning Vietnamese.
Rachel Lyons, Product Manager at Codurance
Rachel is a passionate Product Manager who is experienced working with both startups and established companies in a variety of different industries.
She has been responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of various products, from ideation to launch and beyond. In her role at Codurance she has worked with a number of our partners on their product strategy to ensure they are set up for success, defining MVP and helping them to realise value early. Rachel continuously promotes and raises awareness of product thinking both at Codurance and with our partners.
Dinesh Kumar Subramani, Senior Solutions Architec at AWS
Dinesh Kumar Subramani is a Senior Solutions Architect based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He specializes in Generative AI and machine learning, and is a member of the Machine Learning technical field community within Amazon. Dinesh works with customers across various industries to help them find innovative solutions to their challenges. Outside of work, Dinesh enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing chess, and exploring a diverse range of music.
