The vibrational frequency of these uniquely crafted healing sound instruments have the ability to move through your body, skin, bones, emotions and soul creating a transformational full body experience and recalibration of your chakras and aura! As we gather in reverence and presence of this powerful sound, Master Healer Tihana, your reiki healer will send reiki healing through these powerful instruments right to you!

What to Bring:

Yoga Mats will be provided. However, due to the nature of this deep healing energy work, we do encourage people to bring their own mat to this event. Even a pillow and blanket so that you're super comfy. This will prevent any energy transfer from mats previously used by others and allow for a deeper healing experience. Sage will be made available to all who enter the space as part of the cleansing practice before embarking on a truly deep healing journey for your soul!

How to Prepare:

Prior to the event we encourage that you drink a lot of water. Stay away from alcohol or any food that would upset your stomach and get a lot of rest. This will allow for your body to be fully available to receive as much healing from the session as possible. The depth of the healing is truly up to how much you can receive. And these are a few tips to help maximize the benefits from this sacred healing session.

About the Facilitator:

Tihana Deanovic RP, HT, CNP is a Toronto-based psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, nutritionist, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and reiki master healer. She is also the Founder and Director of Heartsbloom, an inclusive Health and Wellness Studio that makes therapy, nutrition, and mindfulness-based spiritual practices (of all shapes and forms) accessible to all who need it. Having experienced the deep changes that healing can bring, Tihana’s passion is to make therapy and healing accessible and not just in times of crisis but when we are seeking a deeper connection within ourselves and with others. With a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy and healing, Tihana believes in the power of the body, mind, and heart to heal through a holistic and naturalistic path — looking at behavioural, nutritional, and psychological conditions from a holistic context.
