Discover the power of our gemstone & precious metal ear seeds, tiny sparkling gems, luxurious silver and 24 ct gold. These little wonders are strategically placed on specific acupressure points on the ear to stimulate energy flow, restore balance, and promote overall well-being.

Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, ear seeding is a non-invasive practice that offers a gentle and continuous therapeutic effect.

This one hour workshop led by our qualified acupuncturist will introduce you to the concept of using ear seeds and will give you the practical skill to apply seeds to your ears on key acupressure points to help to ease anxiety.

The workshop includes your starter set of ear seeds(choose from gemstone, silver or 24ct gold), a luxury ear seed tweezers and a take away guide on using ear seeds specifically for anxiety.

Please note: Ear seed therapy is a generally safe and non-invasive practice. However, it's important to inform us upon arrival of any relevant health conditions, a short health form will need to be signed upon arrival at the shop. If you have sensitivities to adhesives or metals, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any skin conditions or open wounds on or around your ears, this workshop is not suitable for you at this time.
