Dynamic drops & killer kips! This workshop is designed to break down essential technical power heels elements provided to you in an accessible way. Building up hand-selected drops, kips and flips that look crazy, but are actually do-able! Gain a deeper understanding of dynamic heels movement and technique.
Open to all levels - progressions and regressions equally provided.

Prepare to unleash your sexy self in this feel-good choreo class. Learn a stripper style pole choreo from an actual stripper! Sensual, filthy and flirty. Routines specifically designed to focus on body movement, touch and attitude-development.
All levels welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned sexy pro or have never tried this style before in your life, everyone is welcome.
Kneepads may be required. Heels are optional.
