We would like to invite you to enter a team (or teams) in our Games Night and social event, taking place at Donyatt Village Hall. Donyatt (Near Ilminster) on Saturday 8th March at 7pm. This event is open to everyone, not just carnival clubs. We are looking for teams of up to 8 people (minimum of 4) to join us for party and parlour games. Tickets cost £5 each for those taking part in games, or just £2.50 for observers. Only those with tickets will be permitted entry on the night.
There will be individual and team games throughout the night to suit all ages and abilities, and prizes for the winning and losing teams. Individual games on the night could include beer pong, golf, guess the object, and Oreo stack. Team games could include a scavenger hunt and hungry hippos. You will score 10 points for every team member booked on (and paid for), to a maximum of 80 points. On the night, points will be awarded for team 'uniforms', and even more points will be awarded if this includes fancy dress, although this is entirely optional.
There will be a bar and light refreshments available. When not taking part in a game, team members can watch their teammates, or socialise at the bar. Observers can watch the games or socialise at the bar. There will be a raffle on the night too.
