Gelson’s Santa Barbara to Host Gourmet Salmon Masterclass

Delve into the world of high-quality sustainably sourced salmon at Gelson’s Markets on March 20th from 10:30am to 12pm! Join expert meat and seafood merchandiser Ian Wethington for a live demonstration on how to properly prepare and portion salmon filets. Guests will also enjoy a special recipe demonstration and lunch with Gelson’s Corporate Executive Chef Tony Phi Dang.

This event is limited to the first 24 RSVPs/pre-payments. Tickets are $50 per person and all attendees will receive a $25 Gelson's gift card. Guests must RSVP by March 17th to secure a spot.
