Originally from the Umbria region of Italy, Patrizia's artisanal creations are some of our favorites at Eataly. Patrizia showcases her passion, love, and generational gelato expertise with options for every lifestyle: gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
About this Flavor: Join us for a guided exploration of autumn’s most beautiful fruits — persimmons, prickly pears, and Williams pears. This immersive tasting celebrates their colors, aromas, and natural sweetness, with a touch of creativity as we transform them into gelato and sorbets for a deeper sensory journey.
