In this special themed class, you'll create beautifully crafted gelato pops inspired by classic Valentine's flavors and colors - perfect for sharing, gifting, or enjoying yourself. Learn all about the traditions of gelato making and work with Patrizia to craft a unique holiday popsicle to enjoy!
About Patrizia Pasqualetti: Gelato Chef Patrizia Pasqualetti shares the art of authentic Italian gelato made with natural and local ingredients. Originally from the Umbria region of Italy, Patrizia's artisanal creations are some of our favorites at Eataly. Patrizia showcases her passion, love, and generational gelato expertise with options for every lifestyle: gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn the history and tradition of classic Italian gelato
- Learn hands-on from Chef Patrizia how to make your own Valentine's Day themed popsicles
- Decorate your own popsicle with assorted toppings
- Enjoy your popsicle inside our Gelateria or to take home

- One registration is valid for one guest
- Classes are also suitable for children 12+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
