Greetings, I have been using ImageJ for quite some time but recently I’ve been running into a problem when selecting fluorescent gel bands to be quantified. I begin by clicking te rectangle band selection tool, select my first band, hit control-1 to select and anchor the first band. At this point, the second selection box with the same dimensions appears, I move the box over to the second band, and hit control-2 to anchor the box, however, when I do this the selection box moves back to the fi...
