Join us for a deeply healing + restorative Sacred Sound Journey Eve at Geddington Village Hall, with Sound Therapists ~ Edwin and HarshaniJoin us at Geddington Village Hall for Friday 22nd August 2025 ~ for a Gong Sound Bath Evening.
A Gong Sound Bath is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of Shamanic Drumming, Rattles clearing and the Gong.
Edwin and Harshani create a safe healing space whilst taking you on a journey through the sounds of these different healing instruments:~ Yin and Yang Gongs, Earth Gong, Universal Symphonic Gong, Chinese wind gong; shamanic drumming and rattles and soothing ocean drum.
The Gong Sound Bath is 7pm - 8pm and then we allow an additional 15 minutes for grounding and breathing practices before you leave relaxed, refreshed and restored.
What you will need to bring with you :
-Yoga/exercise Mat to lie on
-Warm blankets (we recommend you bring 2 for extra padding and comfort)
-A small cushion (for under your head)
-A Yoga bolster or Pillow (for under your knees)
-Water for after the sound healing
Open to all, newcomers are most welcome. Advanced booking essential.
Please note ~ Sound healing creates powerful vibration within us, so it is unsuitable for any stage of pregnancy, or if you are fitted with a pace maker or defibulator ~ we recommend Reiki healing instead.
