21 May – 23 May 2024 | GD&T Application TrainingSAE Oregon in collaboration with Bryan R Fischer, President TDP360 LLC and ASME Fellow, are pleased to offer you an opportunity to learn and refresh your Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing skills this May. GD&T is an essential methods to communicate geometry and design requirements on engineering drawings and models. GD&T is an essential skill for design engineers, estimators, engineering analysts, manufacturers, assemblers, inspectors, supply chain, managers, and others.
This 20-hour course will include GD&T fundamentals followed by opportunities to review real world applications you bring to class. This is in-person training, allowing for rich learning and communication about this important topic. The training will be held at the Eaton Tualatin site.
Included with each registration is a copy of Alex Krulikowski’s concise and useful Ultimate GD&T Pocket Guide, a 123 page book with clear definitions and useful practical examples. Refreshments and lunch (on the first two days) will also be provided. Course concludes at lunch on the third day.
About our instructor, Bryan R. Fisher:
With over 35 years industrial experience, Bryan is an author, mentor, trainer, and recognized leader in GD&T, ISO GPS, Model-Based Definition (MBD), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), tolerance analysis, dimensional management, and engineering standards. Bryan has written many books and articles on GD&T, tolerance analysis, engineering drawing and modeling practices, 3D CAD practices, Model- Based Definition (MBD), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), and understanding engineering drawings (print reading). Bryan has advised large and small companies in many industries for many years, and he has trained thousands of people around the world.
