Meet Julie Mills:

Julie Mills-Watson is the author of, Here’s the Deal About Cancer. After personally witnessing the power of whole body, integrated healthcare after her husband, Tommy, was diagnosed with brain cancer, a passion was sparked in her to share that knowledge and information with others.

In addition to writing her book, Julie wanted to do more in the medical field and decided to be part of promoting the nurturing side of healing. She opened her therapeutic massage clinic, Body of Health and Life, where she continues to provide lymphatic therapies and post-surgery recovery programs to help people “hurt less, heal quicker, and have a better quality of life.”

Along her journey, Julie was introduced to Juice Plus, where she found whole food nutrition in a capsule! She quickly integrated it into her family’s diet. She has been a JP representative for over twenty years.

Julie’s approach to sharing her knowledge is practical and hands on. She has managed to blend her story and expertise by writing a book and providing therapies in her own clinic. The inspiration of her husband’s energetic quality of life amazed everyone. She realized that by giving the body what it needs such as nutrition, detox, massage, etc. to boost the immune function, you could also improve quality of life. Empowering people with effective ways to help themselves during this fearful and confusing time in their lives, is Julie’s mission.

Here’s the Deal About Cancer is an easy-to-read account of her family’s cancer journey. The book is designed to give you proactive ways to improve your quality of life by integrating therapies and understanding the environment in which disease can live.

Julie is a Georgia native and a graduate of Auburn University. She is also a nationally certified massage therapist, certified lymphedema therapist, certified oncology massage therapist who specializes in mastectomy therapies. She is married and she and her husband have four adult children, two dogs, two cats, and her first grandchild on the way
