Hey Everyone! Quilt Volunteering is now at the SF Main Library on the 4th Floor on the first Saturday of the month! This makes it easy to make it a full Gaymer Saturday. Join us for Quilt volunteering during the afternoon and then at the Detour for our monthly Game Night!
In addition to gaming events, we also have volunteer events where we can meet one another and help out with the community. I, personally, have made my closest friends out of these events and figured we should continue the tradition and make more connections.
On Saturday, September 6th from 12pm-4pm we'll be volunteering at the National AIDS Memorial Quilt on the 4th floor of the SF Main Library (Larkin St.) to help with repair work that is needed. No sewing experience is necessary, only a desire to preserve our history, help our community, and build that community.
