Blacks Beach Trailhead
Parking:
Please plan to arrive by 7:45 am for parking. You'll park in the neighborhood by the trailhead but avoid the red zones. You may have to park down the street a bit so give yourself time to walk to the trailhead.
Walk:
We'll have a 20 minute walk down a paved road and along the beach before we begin our breathwork journey as the sun rises. The road has some steep parts but is generally easy.
Breathwork:
Breathwork is a transformative practice where we use fast-paced rhythmic breathing to flush out energy and emotions that no longer serve us. The practice will last about 60 minutes including some time for warm-up and reflection. I highly suggest you eat something light, like eggs, fruit, granola bar, smoothie, or cereal as you'll need energy for the breathwork but a full stomach can be uncomfortable.
If you feel inclined to take a cold plunge afterward, you are welcome to, just be wary of stingrays. I'm excited to share this special morning with you all so please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like a wake-up text. :)
What to bring:
- Water.
- Towel or Beach Blanket to lie down on.
- Warm layers, towel, or blanket to cover yourself as it may be chilly for the first part of the breathwork.
- Optional bathing suit too if you'd like a cold plunge after ;)
- Please leave your dogs at home so we can avoid distraction during the breathwork.
