Join us on the rooftop of the Downtown Minneapolis YMCA for an energizing Summer Workout Series featuring a rotating lineup of the Twin Cities’ top instructors.
Each Saturday morning brings something new—different workouts, different vibes, and the same goal: move your body, clear your mind, and connect with community.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this series is designed to challenge and inspire every body.
