Gaud
Gaud is a music and arts project from New England that uses sound and storytelling to explore the human social ecosystem. Finding fairytales in the study of change over time, and remaining "joyful even when all the facts have been considered."
Big Scary Indian
Big Scary Indian is the art-rock outfit created by Brooklyn based musician and public school music teacher Roshan Reddy. Combining orchestral textures with dense digital manipulation, this project combines intention and spontaneity, attempting to push guitar driven music into unknown territory.
Two years in the making, Big Scary Indian’s debut album Be Holding No Bodies is a blend of live drums, erratic electric guitar, nylon string guitar techniques, and sample-based elements. A concoction of improvised demos and obsessive deliberation, each track is layered with intentional drums and the instruments woven throughout via trial and error. For fans of artists such as Spirit of the Beehive, Dungen, and Battles.
