PLEASE NOTE: This is a six week workshop. The workshop fee includes all six weeks. We gather on Sundays beginning 2/16/25 through 3/23/25 from 5:00pm to 6:00PM.
Each week we delve into a new topic, including: Self-Talk, Self- Esteem and Self-Confidence, Body Love, Relationships, Spirituality and Joy.
This is workshop is for you if:
- Your negative self-talk is holding you back from being your most awesome self.
- You live in self-doubt.
- You are often wishing you had “her” body.
- You often feel you are an outsider.
- You'd like to have more fun in your life.
What you will receive:
- Positive self talk by practicing self compassion.
- Fun and energetic ways to increase your self-esteem and build self- confidence.
- A new appreciation and acceptance for your body, exactly as it is.
- A healthy and supportive relationship with yourself.
- A connection to something outside of yourself.

We are building a community of women whose self-talk is kind. We know we are worthy of love. We know we have a voice and are not afraid to use it. We love our bodies exactly as they are and we have a connection to something greater than ourselves. All of this is reflected in the lives we live that are filled with joy and a genuine desire to encourage other women to join us on their own journey through self-care.
