Come as you are and experience the longest night of the year, by inviting in the light that leads to introspection through spiritual and emotional expansion for the winter months ahead. We will be harnessing flame magick to draw on our intuitive natures and allow our bodies to be sheltered through a gentle yoga practice and sound healing. Energy exchange is on a sliding scale. $15.00- $45.00. Yoga mats are available as well as props. Please bring blankets and anything else that provides you comfort. Ceremony and Yoga lead by Jaap AnandJot Kaur. Sound therapy provided by Matthew Vidal. Energy healing will also be provided if you are inclined to receive.
