In the shifting of the seasons, under a waning crescent moon we will explore an embodied experience of cultivating nourishment and creativity.
Take time to turn inwards and notice what needs nurturing. Acknowledge how far you’ve come and pause to take stock of the energetic stores that exist within.

Integrative Breathwork is a form of facilitated breathing that helps gently and intentionally alter consciousness in an adaptable and accessible way. This modality weaves together breath, energetics, therapeutic touch, movement with trauma informed perspectives to allow for a subtle yet impactful method of exploring our inner most experiences.
Your facilitators are experienced therapists who regularly work with neurodivergence, chronic medical conditions, post traumatic experiences and those needing a sensitive and practical approach to introspective practices. Our emphasis is on ensuring each participant stays within their capacity for experiencing presence and integrating each experience well. This is not your typical breathwork, nor is it meant to force the release of cathartic processing where an individual is not adequately prepared for that journey.
This event is safe for anyone who is curious and interested in meaningful relationship dynamics and connection to self through body based methods. If you are experiencing acute medical conditions that are not well managed, please contact the organizer to ensure this is the right event for you.
