Join Andrew Bray from Energy Awaken for a gathering of souls evening of meditations, discussion, energy and connection.We will begin with introductions and then do an opening meditation to open the circle and create sacred space. We will then let the evening unfold organically potentially going to shared messages, a channeling for the group, healing and awareness building exercises. Common themes typically include raising vibration, compassion and energy healing.
There will be incense used during the evening including sage, palo santo, white copal, benzoin and other exotic resins.
Please bring your favourite meditation pillow or mat. There are limited chairs & pillows provided.
There will be a social connection time after the meditation. Coffee and Tea will be available. Feel free to pass out cards!
