There will be a Gospel Music Explosion in Memphis!!!!! More than 300 angelic voices will make up the Gathering at the River… Again Mass Choir during the National Baptist Convention USA Congress of Christian Education in June 2024.
The Memphis Host Committee is planning the Gathering At the River…Again Musical on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Renasant Convention Center at 255 N Main St, Memphis, TN 38103.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the musical starting promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Along with the mass choir, musical artists invited include Deborah Manning Thomas, Pastor Darrel Petties, Carolyn Wright, Georgia Mathews, Tim Mason and Memphis Baptist Ministerial Association Male Chorus. The musical is under the direction of Dr. Robert Matthews, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church.
VIP seating is available for $50 and General Admission tickets are $15 (this does not include processing fees).
