In honour of International Women’s Day, this small-group tour highlights women-led food vendors who are sharing their heritage, stories, and culinary traditions with our community. You’ll leave full, connected, and inspired — having supported local women-owned businesses in the process.

Hosted at Bountiful Farmers' Market — a woman-owned, year-round indoor farmers’ market that champions local businesses and small makers — this experience celebrates the power of food to connect us.

Together, we’ll move intentionally through the Market, stopping at select vendors for generous tastings that together make a full, eclectic lunch. Along the way, you’ll meet the cooks behind the dishes and hear how culture, family, and migration shape what’s on your plate.

Whether you come solo, with a friend, or make it your brunch date, you’ll leave with a full belly, meaningful conversations, and new appreciation for the women building community through food.
