Gather in Love Presents: LOTUS - Breathwork & Somatic Experience

Welcome to Gather in Love 2024 - for those of you that are new here, hello! Gather in Love are monthly events with different themes and energies each month. And for event #3 of the year, I invite you into the energy of: THE LOTUS!

This is a 3 hour event hosted by your OG Abbi Coleman.

How lovely is this fresh new spring energy that is poking through!

The flowers are starting to blossom and the leaves are growing on the trees.

Do you too feel this opening within?

Within the New Asrological year, all these elipses and moon cycles there is no doubt about the fact we are feeling a lot. We too are nature and have our cycles and seasons.

And our season to bloom and step out inot the world is here.

Just like a lotus flower.

Whilst there are many different meanings & beliefs of the lotus flower across different religions and persepctives, this is what I find resonates the most and is the energy of which this Gather in Love is inviting you into:

"The lotus commonly serves as a sacred for purity, rebirth, and strength. Because lotuses rise from the mud without stains, they are often viewed as a symbol of purity. Since they return to the murky water each evening and open their blooms at the break of day, lotus flowers are also symbols of strength, resilience, and rebirth. Still another lotus flower meaning is transcendence: the lotus represents the transcending of man’s spirit over worldly matter since it blooms from the underworld into the light"

To me, this symbolises us rising from the darker days of winter and heaviness of the shedding season, as well as our ability to handle & move through, and walk with the challenges and discomforts that comes with life and being human. And, our ability to love, even when we see and experience awful things in humanity.

This experience is here for you to spread your lotus wings & rise up from the dark/mud.

We rise through it and with it, into our highest expression and the life and reality we are anchoring into.

You'll experience Abbi's unique way of guiding you into yourself through her somatic guided meditation coupled with breathwork to evoke a deep sense of self. Followed by breathwork and movement/ecstatic dance.

For those of you that have been before, you know the wholesome, loving, expansive vibe that we bring - and for those of you that a new - welcome to the Gather in Love world - where you not only meet yourself in new depths and love, you meet a community that welcomes you and supports you wherever you are at.

Also.. Bring your instruments! If you have any instruments you wish to vibe out with on the evening, you are welcome to do so!

W hat's up beautiful people of the wooorrrlllddd, I'm Abbi Coleman

On a mission to bring the power of Transformational breath to humanity. I am so deeply passionate about the ability us humans have to self heal, grow and empower ourselves through our own Breath, somatics and community gathering.

Also deeply passionate about bringing epic humans like you to Gather together and enhance the magnitude of this work by being in the same room and you know, it really does make the world that little bit sweeter.

I see this work isn't just for me, or for you as individuals, yet for the greater collective. For humanity as a whole. When one heart heals, we all heal. It's all love baby!

I am trauma aware Breathwork facilitator, Ceremonialist, NLP Practitioner and a Personal Trainer and have been in the wellness and personal development world for 13 years, doing the best I can to improve my total health & wellbeing as well as being there and supporting the growth and development of my clients too.

Gather in Love is a monthly event, and I am the OG (original guardian) of them and so far, they have continued to be life changing, mind blowing, heart opening experiences. Each month we show up and do the work together, and each month has a slightly different flavour.

Witnessing the pure courage and unwavering love that pours out and into us within these spaces, is one of the reasons why I absolutely adore holding spaces like these, there really isn't anything like it. And, it never ceases to amaze me (and everyone who attends) just how profound Breathwork experiences are.

It's my promise to you that I hold a loving space that is carefully curated with safety, openness and nothing but straight L O V E.

Whether you're new to this work, or well experienced it's from my heart that I welcome you into this space, into Gather in Love where we are supporting the health of humanity one Breath at a time.
