About this Event
Welcome to the Community Shabbat Dinner at The Boston Synagogue! Join us on January 9 2026 at 6:30 PM as we celebrate Shabbat together with Kabbalat & Maariv Services preceeding dinner.
"more than the Jewish people kept the Sabbath, the Sabbath kept the Jewish people.- Achad ha-Am
Rabbi Navah leads a meaningful Shabbat service followed by an engaging discussion on the weekly Torah portion. This week the Torach portion is Shemot
A festive, Shabbat meal follows with an opportunity to connect with our Jewish community, hold on to our traditions and culture. Meals are KOSHER with ticket options for meat or vegetarian.
You are welcome here no matter where you are on your Jewish journey: single, couples, young adults, professionals, families with children, interfaith and LGBTQ.
Please check your calendars. We know that plans change to ensure no conflict because we pre order KOSHER meals which are not refundable. It takes a village to create our community we ask that you see this ticket as a donation for someone less fortunate.
We can't wait to see you there!
Shabbat Shalom
Our Jewish community dinners are multigenerational with something for everyone.
