Join Jasmine from Kind Mind Wellness and Maddison from The Art of Cyclical Living for an intentional weekend pause, an opportunity to come home to yourself, release what no longer serves, and restore your energy through movement, reflection, and connection. As we honor Autumn and the wisdom it brings, we invite you to slow down and clear the path forward. Surrounded by like-minded women, we will create a safe space for growth, exploration, and personal evolution.
Our intention for this retreat is to cultivate a deep sense of safety, inner resilience, and connection through embodied practices that support all energetic layers.
This is a chance to reconnect with your heart’s desires, peel back the layers that hold you back, and embrace the beauty of transition/change.
The Wisdom of Autumn
As we shift into autumn, nature gently reminds us to slow down, reflect, and turn inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), autumn is governed by the Metal element, which corresponds to the Lungs and Large Intestine - the organs of breath, grief, and release. This season teaches us the art of refinement, distilling what is essential, and surrendering, just as we see in nature as the trees release their leaves.
Through nourishing practices, intentional rituals, and restorative movement, we will support the body’s transition into the cooler months, strengthening our internal resources and deepening our connection to ourselves.
Step into this season with intention, tending to your foundation, heart, and inner landscape as we honor the art of release and renewal.
Why Join Us?
Our seasonal retreats offer women the space to return to themselves—feeling nourished, grounded, and clear. These intimate gatherings hold immense transformative power, often revealing how deeply we need rest and connection once we fully immerse ourselves in this sacred container.
Autumn’s transition reminds us to embrace change and honor our personal rhythms. Take this weekend as a gift to yourself—to reflect, restore, and prepare for what’s ahead.
To live in harmony with the seasons is to embrace the natural cycles of growth, release, and renewal. When we align with these rhythms, we flow with change rather than resist it. In this state of alignment, we cultivate resilience, vibrancy, and a deeper connection to our true nature.
