The Celebrating Wellness Conference presents Gather & Grow, a seasonal wellness series. Throughout the year, each seasonal workshop will provide meaningful opportunities to pause, reflect, and invest in both personal well-being and intentional connection with others. Together we’ll explore practical tools and engage in uplifting and thought-provoking experiences designed to help you thrive in every stage of life – mind, body, and spirit. Join us for one workshop or the full series and discover the power of gathering and growing in community.
The 1-hour documentary on menopause will begin at 6:30 pm and will conclude with a thoughtful discussion afterwards. Feel free to bring your own treats or opt in to pay $5 when you register to receive movie theater-themed treats at the watch party courtesy of USU Extension.
