The Power of Pause: Wellness in Stillness and Release: Antoinette Wooden
Info: Through the state of the world there feels like no time to stop and that we have to keep going and going. That is true for business owners, head of households, friends, community builders. There is a time when we have to Pause ourselves internally. In this pause we reflect and set intentional action. Much like holding a bow and arrow you told to pause while holding so much in your hands you are forced to breathe. We explore how we can something as small as Archery and apply it in your everyday life.

CHANGE IN THE MIDST OF LIFE’S HARD PLACES: Stephanie Mitchell Hughes
Info: We are in a hard place of unprecedented, sustained, and systemic change. Institutions and institutional norms that provided stability across generations are being shredded. It is scary, stressful, and inhumane. Some of us are overwrought and stuck in fight or flight. Others are actively resisting. Still more of us are protecting our peace and planning next steps in silence. Regardless of where we stand, each of us must determine how we will fully embrace and navigate the changes borne from this hard place.
This session will be presented through a storytelling lens. Hard places teach critical life lessons; provide opportunities for self-mastery; build resilience; are the crux of living a purposeful life; push us out of our comfort zone; and challenge us to dig deeper within ourselves.
