What to expect?The session will begin with some breatwork, to ease and soothe the body, preparing it for stillness. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing sounds of gongs and crystal bowls, to encourage relaxation. Finally, some time in silence for the benefits to wash over you!
What to bring?
We want you to feel at ease. So wear your favourite set of yoga clothes that you find most comfortable. We suggest wearing and bringing layers to help you to control your body temperature. Also please bring blankets and pillows to make sure your as comfortable as possible. We also recommend a journal or notebook just in case anything comes up during the session.
Who is this suitable for?
This Sound Bath is suitable for all. However please contact us, before booking, if you are pregnant or have any health conditions which may prevent you from attending.
