Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins..It's summer in Wisconsin and that means strawberry season is upon us! These strawberry rhubarb muffins have a crunchy streusel topping and are loaded with sweet fresh strawberries and fruity tart rhubarb. This muffin is fluffly, tender and delectably moist. Truly, the perfect treat! You will take home two muffins.
