Upon arrival you will receive a ceremonial smudging and blessing, helping to release any burdens from your day-to day life.
Sound healing and yoga Nidra help you get more in touch with your internal self and bring you into a state of relaxation. During the session, your body transitions into stillness. A deep feeling of tranquility and relaxation takes place, as you experience a truly transformational experience of inner calm. This manages to decrease any "mind chatter" you likely experience in your daily life. After the session, you will feel unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra along with sound helaing is intended to bring the body into complete physical, mental and emotional rest and unity.

We live in a dualistic world... light and darkness, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. But bringing these contrasting sides into balance and harmony allows us to experience more joy, authenticity, and depth in our lives.
"Casa" represents masculine energy/elements, and "Rituals" the feminine energy/elements...merging David and Marit's skills and energies beautifully.
David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.
Marit embarked on this healing journey of self-discovery over 15 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and discovered the beautiful art of Meditation and Energy Healing shortly after. Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and then radiate magic back into the world.
Marit is certified in Cacao Ceremony facilitating, Reiki, Quantum Dowsing, and Feng Shui practices.
