Sound Healing event: Kids and adults welcome!
The Event: Our first garden fundraiser, held in our very own garden space!
A special event gifted to South O by sacredspaceoceanside.com. Owner, Erin, will be leading our sound healing centered around creating safe, inclusive space in which you are guided inward. These classes are regulating the nervous system and connecting to your own energy and vitality. Some light yoga stretching may also be incorporated
Date: Saturday October 19th
Event time: 9:15-10:30am (Sound Healing/yoga portion will be from 9:30-10:15am; social and snack time before and after)
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat for each participantWater, Sun Tea, and Snacks will be for sale (all proceeds go to the garden)
