Tentative September Menu:

1st Course: Fresh figs, homemade cream cheese, hot honey on toasted focaccia

2nd Course: Massaged kale salad with cheddar crisps and apples, maple Dijon vinaigrette

3rd Course: Roasted carrots over whipped ricotta topped with pistachios and lemon honey vinaigrette

4th Course: Roasted duck over Parmesan new potatoes and caramelized shallots with lemon thyme pan sauce, dusted with thyme and seasoned with coriander and garlic
