Cooking with fresh herbs can make a big difference in the taste of food. Growing your own will make sure you have on hand what you need. Herbs, however, are not just for cooking. They are beautiful in a garden and smell good too. Many are also natural pest deterrents. Most are easy to grow and come back year after year with very little care. Can herbs reseed themselves? You will find out in class as we discuss, “How hard is Herbal Gardening.”
