Join the Garden Homes GSO Community Meeting!

Location: 1530 Benjamin Pkwy (Greensboro Public Library - Benjamin Branch)
Last year, the Greensboro Department of Transportation (GDOT) initiated the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) with a goal towards creating “tailored plans to reduce motor vehicle speeding and make residential streets safer for all users.”
While the application for many of the streets in the Garden Homes Neighborhood were rejected, David Caldwell Drive was chosen as part of the initial group of streets for the program.
We are partnering with city officials to create a plan that addresses these challenges and focuses on reducing speeding while making our streets safer for everyone. But we need your help - your voice matters!

Our next meeting will not focus on rehashing the problems but instead, we will look to reach some kind of consensus regarding potential solutions. After that we will hold another meeting with David and his team to discuss implementation.
