Garden Gate Music Day 24

Soak up eclectic live music in the beautiful surroundings of The Garden Gate Project. Back to back music in our main marquee, acoustic bands entertain at the music circle and don't forget to rave in the cosmic cave!

Our 'Curious Cocktails' and 'Fill yer Boots' ale & cider bar will keep you hydrated whilst loading up on our homemade wood-fired vegetarian pizzas, freshly made salads, vegan food, curries, cakes and refreshments.

This is a fund-raising event and all the money raised will continue to support ongoing activities at the garden. Charity registration no. 1082954

• The Music Day is a family friendly event… It goes without saying, but please respect others that are attending the event and our wonderful volunteers.
• All ages are welcome, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We will be serving alcohol so if you don’t look over 25 please bring some ID (and be flattered if we ask) 😊
• This is a working garden so please ensure children are constantly supervised to avoid any risk to themselves or others.
• Please respect the environment by keeping off the flower beds & vegetable patches. Our patches are nurtured throughout the year and are the pride and joy of the Garden so please be mindful of this.
• Please deposit your rubbish in the appropriate containers located around the Garden so we can recycle our waste.
• Please be aware of our neighbours and leave the Garden quietly. We have great neighbours and we hope to keep them happy so that we can continue to host our annual Music Day 2025, 26, 27 and on…

• Please do not bring alcohol. We cater for all… vegans, drinkers, teetotallers and those of us with a sweet tooth. All proceeds from food and refreshments will continue to support activities at the Garden.
• We love dogs but please 'do not' bring along your furry friends on the day... For one day of the year we operate a strict no pets allowed policy (apart from registered assistance dogs).

• We will have a water station but please bring sun cream, hats and anything else you need to ensure you are protected against the weather. Hopefully we will not be needing our brollies or wellies this year!
• Please remember any Medic*tion including an EpiPen if you have any allergies
• Feel free to bring along chairs and blankets but no glassware please

• Parking is very limited, but if you have to bring your car please ensure you park legally around the parameter of the park... Please do not park directly outside the garden. Cars that are parked without prior agreement will be asked to move to allow emergency access.
• Or you can leave your car at home and use public transport. The bus stops directly outside the garden... Just ask your friendly bus driver for Friends Corner, Northdown Park.
• We love bikes, tricycles, tandems, the lot... So alternately, get your peddle power on!

• Sorry folks, no refunds however you can re-sell your tickets if you are no longer able to attend. Just make sure the purchaser has the name the tickets were booked under.
• You do not need to bring your printed tickets. Please quote the name your booking was made in. We will have a list on the door with the booking names along with the number of tickets booked.
