ABOUT SUMALI
Sumali has been practicing yoga since childhood due to her involvement in Bharata Natyam. She has completed over 1,000 hours of teacher training and currently conducts classes at her own studio, Sadhana Yog Shala, in Mombasa, Kenya. She offers both physical and online classes in Iyengar/Ashtanga yoga, posture and alignment correction, pre-post-natal yoga, kids' yoga, and yoga for senior citizens. Sumali is also a 4th-year teacher at the Lamu International Yoga Festival.
