Garbett Plateau is one of the most beautiful trek in Matheran. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire Matheran range the beauty of which gets doubled in the monsoon. This lovely spot was discovered in 1850 by Hugh Poyntz Malet the collector of Thane district. Garbett point is located on South-west side of Matheran with a grand view of the plateau.

Schedule:
By Bus
- 05:00 am: Pick up from SGNP Borivali
- 05:30 am: Pick up from Bisleri Jn. Andheri
- 06:00 am: Pick up from Sion
- 06:10 am: Pick up from K-Star Mall Chembur
- 06:30 am: Pick up from Vashi Plaza Vashi Highway
- 07:00 am: Pick up from Kalamboli McDonalds
- 08:00 am – We reach base village by 8am
By Train
- 05:46 am: Board 5:46am CSMT-Karjat fast local and get down at Bhivpuri Road(If you miss the train you miss the event)
- 07:45 am: Meet the team at Bhivpuri Station
- 08:00 am: Reach the base village have breakfast and prepare for the trek
- 08:45 am: Start the short trek after a brief introduction session
- 12:00 hrs: Reach the mesmerizing Garbett plateau. Enjoy the panoramic view
- 13:00 hrs: Explore the plateau soak in the beauty
- 14:30 hrs: Start towards Dasturi Naka
- 15:30 hrs: Reach Dasturi Naka and catch a local cab to Bhivpuri
- 16:30 hrs: Reach Bhivpuri and have a late lunch
- 20:00 hrs: Reach Mumbai Tentatively

- Haversack to put all the things in please do not carry sling bags or jholas
