Kick off the Fall season with us Sunday November 3rd in downtown Tempe at The High Lounge.
Let's sesh, flow, and get some self care as we mix and mingle within our Ganja Flow community.
Is this your Ganja Flow sesh? We offer a fun and welcoming space for beginner friendly all-levels meditation and yoga with a special emphasis on mental health awareness.
Please bring your own yoga mat/towel or blanket for the short meditation/yoga flow.
The flow is optional if you would rather just peacefully lounge and sesh while we flow please just be mindful of the quiet time and respect those who are participating in that portion.
Before and after the flow is a chill time for us all to connect, vibe with good music, and learn about brands here in Arizona within the cannabis industry.
