Meet Lama Phurbu Tashi Rinpoche

Info: Lama Phurbu Tashi Rinpoche is a renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher, scholar, and meditation master. He is the founder of the Gampopa Center, Annapolis, Maryland, Mani House Jakarta and Mani House Medan in Indonesia, Buddhist centers for the cultivation and practice of Buddhist teachings and philosophy. Since 2005, Rinpoche has taught in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the U.S. Rinpoche’s aspiration is to reach people from all walks of life and make concepts like the cultivation of wisdom, loving kindness, compassion, and calm mind available for use in everyday life, to improve people’s perspectives on their lives and provide relief to the common and widespread experience of stress and anxiety that modern society entails.
