In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the origins of games like senet, mancala, the Royal Game of Ur, and al-qirkat. Teen Saturdays Workshops are offered bilingually in Spanish and English and are designed to build community and enrich the museum experience for multicultural and Spanish-speaking teens.
The $10 fee includes free admission to all HMSC museums immediately following the workshop.
Teens receive a Harvard Museums of Science & Culture (HMSC) membership (worth $100) after attending three or more Teen Saturdays Workshops per semester. Or, receive a free admission pass (worth $15) for a return visit if you attend one of the four sessions.
