Calling all 6th-8th grade girls! COME DIG DEEP!!!!!
Elevate your game with Coach Erica, a seasoned coach with years of experience plus title-winning credentials as both a pro and college player. Join us for a girls' volleyball class that stands out from the rest!
With her expertise both on the court and as a coach, combined with her passion for youth development, Erica will focus on key skills such as:
- Serving & Passing
- Setting & Attacking
- Block & Defense
- Teamwork & Communication
- Basic Offense & Defensive systems
- Game play
Each session is designed to spotlight different skills and concepts through engaging activities, fun games, and exciting challenges—all while building confidence and making each athlete feel GIRLSTRONG on the court!
Athletes will also learn how to utilize and find value in a journal to help their learning process.
Registration includes Game On! Volleyball t-shirt and a journal. Gym/court shoes required. Kneepads and elbows sleeves not required but highly recommended. Please bring your own water bottle.
No class Sept. 23 or Nov. 25.
