Ever thought about being a Game Master for your friends but weren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been doing it for a while and want to level up your skills? Either way, GMuary is here to help you feel ready, excited, or maybe just a little less scared about guiding your friends through fantastic adventures. 🧙🏻♂👉 The Game Master Workshop will consist of sessions on different topics, each lasting 30-45 minutes, followed by 10-minute Q&A time and a short break. The sessions are open, with participants intervening at any time, and will be structured in two modules.
1. Basic notions:
✔️ What it means to be a GM (no, you don’t have to know every rule)
✔️ How to get a group started
✔️ How to prep for your game without drowning in notes
✔️ How to handle unexpected curveballs your players throw at you.
By the end, you’ll have the necessary tools to feel confident in your ability to start!
2. Advanced/more practical notions:
✔️ Pacing & Content
✔️ Player Engagement
✔️ Campaign Management
✔️ Different RPG Systems
Whether you’re gearing up for your first game or just looking to nerd out over new ideas, this workshop has something for you. By the end, you’ll be ready to run games that your players will be talking about for years to come. ✨
💳 Participation fee: 1 Day Pass (50 RON) or one entry from your The Guild Hall membership. ☕ Coffee, water, tea, and hot chocolate are included in the entrance fee.
💥 Furthermore, on the day of the event, all participants get a 10% discount on RPG products ( books, sets, miniatures, accessories).
