About this Event
We invite local Scouts to join us at the Great Plains Game Festival 2025 on March, 30th from 11am to 1pm for our industy-expert led badge workshop
We'll help you get started on your Game Design Badge.
Sign up for session one now for:
- An introduction to board games discussion
- Game testing
- A hosted Q&A with local game designers
- A tour of the festival
- Game concept development packet to take home
Our agenda will cover 1 through 4, and 8
We will also be hosting a session two focused on game design and play testing, to cover the remaining badge requirements of 5 through 7. More details and sign up for session two will be available at session one.
Scouts are encouraged to join the festivities on Sunday after session one for free, with a paying adult($10), to explore and play some games!

Session one is a $20 value. All cost for this session are being covered by the Great Plains Gaming Project.
