Join us for Game Day Ready, an event offering FREE sports physicals to all Stanly County Middle and High School student athletes.Athletes will receive a sports physical which will include an orthopedic assessment, and a general wellness assessment by a team of experts. For rising 9th to 12th graders, you will also receive an ECG as part of the sports physical to screen for abnormalities which could lead to sudden cardiac death.
Hands only CPR training will also be available.
Space is limited so please call 980-323-4599 to register. Sports physical and consent forms must be completed, signed by a parent and brought to the event in order to receive a physical. Forms are available at each middle and high school office. See your Athletic Director or Athletic Trainer.
Students may check in from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Same Day Surgery Center at Atrium Health Stanly.
