Gals On Mats x Pilates Flow
Gals on Adventures brings back its Pilates sessions, Gals On Mats, now at the stunning Segotia Studio in Rathmines!
This space is for everyone to take time for themselves, give to their bodies the love it deserves while meeting new gals.
The class is a 45 minutes flow, open to all levels, in which you'll connect with your breathing and explore the different principles of Pilates while building strenght.
We will start right on dot so if you want to enjoy the studio's facilities; lockers, changing rooms and showers, make sure to arrive a bit earlier.
Here are a few instructions:
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Don't forget your socks—mats are provided.
- Just come as you are and your favorite workout set!
We’ll head out to a local coffee shop afterwards to get to know one another! It's always such a great moment to unwind and connect. The ticket includes the pilates class and a warm drink 🥐☕💬👯♀️
Please note: This particular class involves movement that may not be ideal for anyone who is pregnant or currently injured. If that’s you, we’ll be thinking of you and hope to welcome you to a future event that’s just right for your needs!
