The Galmpton Festival Association is holding its annual Autumn Festival on Sunday 7th September 2025 from 11am to 4pm.The Flower, Cookery, Crafts, Fruit & Vegetables Shows and other attractions will be held at venues in Greenway Road, Galmpton, Brixham TQ5 0LT.
Car parking is available at Churston Grammar School, Greenway Road TQ5 0LN which is a short walk into the village.
FREE entry to all the shows, skills talks & displays, and musical entertainment.
The musical groups include Missin' Tackle Shanty Crew, Hedgehogs Brawl folk group, Black Gold female folk duo, Galmpton Circle Dancers with audience participation, and the Galmpton Primary School pupils Performing Arts Group.
The local craft presentations will be such as embroidery, BBQ cookery, painting, football, flower arranging, cider making, beekeeping, and plant husbandry.
Also, a kid's craft play minibus, Torbay Owls birds of prey, live sheep & wool display, Bollhayes Cider, Devon Wildlife Trust, classic cars & motor scooters, and closing evensong service.
Light refreshments will be available from the Galmpton Village Hall and the Manor Inn will be serving their usual Sunday menu.
A grand raffle will be drawn after the show prize-giving by a mystery celebrity at 4pm.
All proceeds go to local good causes such as Rowcroft Hospice, Dart Sailability, Torbay Communities Development Trust, and local schools.
