She’s a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, community builder, and strategist who has worked with leaders across industries to uncover what they do best— and do more of it. Known for her no-nonsense style and a knack for making strategy practical, Jess brings energy, insight, and a little sass to every workshop.
