Let's explore this 140+ acre park with many natural and manmade features. Parking lot and the meeting spot will be located at 2400 Chestnut Ave.
The group will work to keep holiday weight gain off by walking the park that has some small inclines to help boost your fitness as well. The pace will be steady with little or no stopping to view plant life, etc.
Please dress weather appropriate. Water for hydration and good walking shoes are recommended.
