Galentine’s Glute Burner Come join certified personal trainer, Kirstin, for a ladies only strength-focused group workout! Kiddos are welcome during workouts and can be modified to a mommy + me style workout as well. Wear red or pink to celebrate “Galentine’s Day” and enjoy a 45 minute workout, Valentine’s Day Treats, and activities for the kids! This workout is all inclusive which means moms are welcome and all ladies are welcome. Valentine’s Day fitness photos will be taken as well as mommy + me fitness photos of you have a little one!
