What to expect & wear:
💜Doors open at 6 & and we start at 6:30
💙 Neon and/or white clothing (the glowier, the better!)
💜 Bring a yoga mat and water
💙 Room will be set to 75° (perfect cozy vibe)
💜 Beginner level - no experience needed
